The annual Tenrikyo Hinokishin Day was held on April 29, under the theme “Keeping the teaching of ‘a thing lent, a thing borrowed’ in mind, let us practice hinokishin spiritedly in unity of mind.”
Overseas as well, on the same day or on different days, followers around the world engaged in cleaning activities in parks and other places, offering their efforts in gratitude.
This event is the culmination of the daily hinokishin activities, marking a day when all Yoboku and other followers put the teachings into practice.
