Tenrikyo Publications Center at the Overseas Department was closed on January 31, and the translated Tenrikyo publications are now sold at the Doyusha Publishing Company’s bookstore located near the east entrance of the Hondori shopping arcade. This change aims to improve convenience for customers including those who return to Jiba from overseas and to further promote Tenrikyo books in different languages. Online purchases can be made through Doyusha Web Store at http://doyusha.net/, although this service is available only to domestic customers.
Currently, the Doyusha bookstore sells a variety of books and booklets in about 15 languages spoken in countries and regions where Tenrikyo’s missionary work has been in progress. The Ofudesaki, The Tip of the Writing Brush, is offered in eight languages, and The Doctrine of Tenrikyo in 14 languages.
