Now that the Japanese government has eased the restrictions for crossing prefectural borders throughout Japan, we are anticipating that the number of pilgrims to Jiba will gradually increase.
Therefore, starting in July, Church Headquarters will perform the noon services, in which Yoboku and followers returning to Jiba are welcomed to participate, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, except on days of Church Headquarters events. The services will be performed at the Main Sanctuary to the accompaniment of the wooden clappers.
We would like to ask you to return to Jiba in small groups, consisting of only your fellow followers or family members, rather than in larger groups, in order to avoid the “Three Cs”: “closed spaces,” “crowded places,” and “close-contact settings.”
