New Year’s Greetings from the Shinbashira

May I extend my warmest New Year’s greetings to all of you. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the efforts you devoted to a variety of activities of the path during the past year.

For all of us who are walking this path, it is important to spend each day working on our spiritual construction, putting our sincere heart into performing the service, carrying out hinokishin, and trying to broaden the circle of the Joyous Life in our local communities.

In modern society that is faced with various issues, there is a growing need for Yoboku’s enthusiasm for and implementation of helping others be saved. Salvation work can be implemented in a range of forms. So long as we have the mind of helping others, there is always something we can do.

This is the final year for conducting our “three years, one thousand days” activities. In the sole hope of bringing joy to Oyasama, let us work spiritedly throughout the year.

May I ask for your continued efforts during this new year.
